Evernote is such a great tool that combines the best features of all the rest. I use Evernote for work and my personal life. I keep the notebooks minimal (WorkInbox, WorkCabinet, PersonalInbox, PersonalCabinet) and rely on tags to do the rest of the work. The reminders allow me to keep a list of important priorities at the top of the notebooks and I keep a checklist of sub-priorities for each note and can clip all the relevant information I need for that task or priority.
