You could just start a @Facebook Group using https://groups.fb.com/ it will provide all of the features you're requesting out-of-box, however, giving your First Name, Last Name, Birthday, Sex, and Mobile Number to Facebook is required so that you can create a Facebook Account to use the Group.. Assuming you have no problem with giving Facebook this information, and, no problem with everyone in the group being required to give this information, you will have instant access to use all the features you're requesting, chat/messaging, events, etc.. Groups is the quickest solution on the Web right now
