Is there a VSCO for video?

I'm looking for an iPhone app that would be able to: - add subtle filters ala VSCO to videos shot on my iPhone - let me customize contrast, exposure etc. - possibly add colored borders to a video

Vee for Video

An entirely new way to shoot, edit and share videos

Vee for Video does a good job of letting you splice video clips together and applying preset filters. I've used this a small number of times and liked the easy interface. If I recall correctly, it does not include tools to adjust exposure.

iMovie for iOS

iMovie is free and my primary app for editing videos. You can apply preset filters, but again, there is no method to adjust brightness and contract.

Cameo by Vimeo

Edit and share cinematic videos on your phone

Cameo is an interesting app. Their main pitch is to make it easy for you to style your videos with not only a preset filter but also supers with nice typography. It's a free app that's definitely worth checking out.

Filmic Pro

Filmic is a great app if you want camera-like control while shooting video. The app gives you control over fine tuning white balance, aspect ratio, framerate, and more.
