Is there an app which can make my make go to sleep at a specific time?

I'm looking for an app which makes my mac go to sleep at something like 10 pm. There are a lot of sleep timers out there, but they all make your mac go to sleep in 15 minutes, or 30 minutes, not on a scheduled time. Of course, I can use the native mac-scheduler but this gives me a big window 10 minutes before hand. I've googled a lot for this, couldn't find anything. Any recommendations?

Love f.lux reminders. It doesn't make your computer go to sleep, but in addition to reducing blue light, it tells you "You are waking up in 9 hours". After I see "You are waking up in 3 hours", I know I should really shut down!

Honestly, if I was to buy a new computer, this is the first thing I would download.

Although Apple and Google have integrated blue light filters into their operating systems, they still haven't matched the capabilities that f.lux offers. f.lux gives you more control over the filter strength and once setup, you don't need to touch.

I have been using this since it first showed up on Product Hunt. It's probably my most used 'app' even though I barely ever interact with it. Once I found my optimal settings, I don't think I've opened the app itself more than a handful of times. It works as advertised most of the time. The only time I've had issues is when using it on external displays with Linux. Since it's my secondary device, it's not been much of a problem though.

You can schedule Iris timer to ring after a certain time. You can also use the Sleep page to set time in which your screen to go really Red and this means it's time for sleep. You also get the benefit of reduced blue light :)

Holy bad software. Supper laggy itself, brought the system to a crawl on OSX. 2 monitors made it absolutely unusable. Does not play nice at all if f.lux is already installed. I uninstalled and went straight back to f.lux which does a lot less but better.
