Could you please recommend me some simple "habit tracker" that can help achieve everyday goals?

I'm looking for an app (a free one would be awesome ;)) to mark everyday activities when creating a habit (example: to mark if I got up early), something like everydayCheck.

I purchased the premium version after a while as I realized that it actually helped me follow through.
