I'm looking for an app (a free one would be awesome ;)) to mark everyday activities when creating a habit (example: to mark if I got up early), something like everydayCheck.
- Coach.me does a good job bugging you to build the habits and achieve the goals you set for yourself. You can share your check-ins with friends or connect with a real human coach if you want the added support/commitment. Available as native mobile and web app.
- I've used this for the last year and love it. It's simple and intuitive and does one thing and one thing only: track your habits! I purchased the premium version after a while as I realized that it actually helped me follow through. I open the app at the end of my day and feel an urge to finish up the outstanding habits before going to sleep. I've ~15 habits I track with individual goals.
