What's the best tool or app for bookmarks?

I have used Pinterest, Pocket, Papaly & Delicious. I am looking for a tool or app which has features like making collections, lists & sub-lists, tagging a bookmark, sharing collections with others, import & export of bookmarks etc.

The most powerful Pocket yet.

Imho there's no better option than pocket. Great offline service, ability to tag links but still a pretty lightweight app. Works great on iOS, Mac and browser.

It's unfortunate that you don't believe in Pocket as it's a fantastic tool, we recommend you give it another go :)

If you intend to actually read your bookmarks and not just hoard them – Pocket is the way.

This is great for bookmarking and saving. They have browser and desktop versions also.

Specifically with annotating/highlighting capabilities. Use Candy (now Lumio) - Highlight text or data, save images, videos or entire pages from the web. Your highlights are recorded together with all source information. Drag and drop to organise/re-arrange them in the order you like.

I love their approach of organizing bookmarks via tags. When you reach a certain amount of bookmarks you can sort your tags into "packs" – so you can create custom collections/lists. You can also share your links. Import works via HTML, no export function by now, though...
