- Intercom is AMAZING and has a wealth of products that should be able to help you accomplish all of your support and marketing tasks. I love their customer chat feature— it's arguably the best on the market. You can also control email and chat blasts from Intercom to follow up with customer support or marketing, which is super helpful. There are so many ways to filter users that help you customize / find the user you're looking for so you can send targeted messages to the specific people.Go for the real thing. You won't regret it. We use Intercom as our primary communication tool with our SaaS users from Day 1 and have scaled with them since.
It's the best software for customer support that I have ever used. Also, I like its integration with TMetric, it allows me to track how much time was spent on the overall activity in Freshdesk.
My teams been using this for over a month and they love it. It's increased visibility on production and helped us get a handle on customer satisfaction per ticket.
