We use Trello extensively, it has loads of quality features which helps me and my team projects run in Sync. Features like boards, lists, and cards which enables you to organize and prioritise the projects in a fun, flexible and collaborative way.

This might seem like a stretch. Most people are going to recommend apps specifically designed for project management like Trello, Asana, etc. However Airtable works perfectly for project management. It's like a much more robust version of Google sheets, with an easy, well-documented API.
