Best tool for explaining design screens when outsourcing the development?

Hi PH! I've got a bunch of PSD's I want my developer to turn into HTML&CSS pages. What tool would make my live easier for explaining UI decisions and animations, without having to create a complete interactive prototype? Cheers!

I'm a huge fan of creating prototypes because there is nothing better to explain yourself. It's well worth the time, especially if you are working remotely. If you can't build a prototype, I would highly recommend Zeplin for documenting and collaborating with your developer.

Zeplin is a thing! What's really worth to mention is that InVision Inspect have the same functionality but I honestly prefer Zeplin, just because I was using it before InVision introduced Inspect. :)

Google Slides

A friend of mine recently told me that he started using Google Slides to explain PSDs, links, and interactions to freelancers he's working with. He shared it with the freelancer and collaborated from there! (Tip: you can easily change the page size to better match your PSDs)
