What's the best service for finding an apartment in San Francisco?

I'm moving to SF later this year πŸŽ‰ - any recommendations for apps or services to find the best place for me? Bonus points for the ability to highlighting things like: - neighborhoods with great weather - how close to Muni rail line - neighborhood crime rates

Zumper has the best apartment-hunting UX, imo. When you find a place you're interested in, all you have to do is click/tap one button to send a request to the apartment agent to open a dialog.

PadMapper! I put in office address - then filtered by apartments within reasonable walking distance to work (also other important things, such as gym and Philz).
