What's the best fitness app?

Although this app's UI is a bit dated , its scientific infrastructure is remarkable.Basically, it takes a number of parameters like weight,height etc, and guides you into undertaking a number of exercises of a variety of physical conditions such as Strength,Speed,Flexibility,Body Composition and Endurance and then calculates a customized exercise program tailored to the user depending on what the user wants to achieve i.e loose weight,built up strength or endurance etc.
It's free to use but if you want to get to the advanced exercises you can get them for cheap like $2.99 if I remember right.So give it a try!
