- I've been a huge fan and advocate of using InVision on design and product teams for years now. You can drop in Sketch and Photoshop comps super quickly, and their interactive prototyping tools make it easy to stitch together a bunch of UIs for an experience that can get pretty close to a real product. Also leaving feedback on Boards is great, we collect feedback and it itemizes them into a list of change requests. If your designer don't use InVision...(it's bad) If your project manager ask questions about design in Skype or email...
I love everything about InVision.
Since I started using it 3-4 years ago they improved so many things and added really useful features. They collaborate with so many top designers of the industry that they always know what we want. I really appreciate the effort, time and love they put into their products and it's always fun to use them.
The tools I use on a weekly basis are:
InVision (Webapp); Freehand; Craft; Designbetter.co
All my designers loves the service, but I am struggling to use it, I find its UI/UX uncomfortable and not obvious. The most terrible is a mobile version of the web-site, extremely slow.
I'm a non-technical co-founder of an app to help small business plan and track all their advertising. I wear a lot of hats. I'm also a visual thinker.
I need to spread things out and see how they all fit together. I need to be able to see the big picture and then dive into the details and I need to be able to do that fluidly and frequently on a variety of subjects. I really wanted to be able to use my entire screen real estate for this purpose.
I remembered seeing Milanote on Product Hunt when it was an idea and not yet available. I signed up for it and happily paid for the upgrade. It's the perfect app for me and I use it every day.
The feature I like best is being able to upload links for the content I curate. When I'm ready to learn about a subject, I have great content to choose from and a place to write down my thoughts. I can add images and notes and go from subject to subject. I can clear out my email fast and that is worth the money alone.
I would suggest you try Milanote because it can make your life so much easier.
Love it in one day use, it give me everything. I m a designer i usually take lot of inspiration it helps me to put together all the inspiration and setup a mood board
Definitelly the best product I've used in the last couple of months. I'd love to add it to my daily routine as I did with trello and slack. Too bad that to really use it you need to pay $10 a month :(
I advise anyone who prioritise visual representation of anything give it a try.
There are multiple templates to chose from as a starting point and also you can always create your own.
The biggest benefit is that you have unlimited space to add all elements of your visualisation.
- I love Atomic for collaborative prototypIng. It helps me evaluate my design ideas quickly and effectively. I can't say enough great things about their platform. When you get as many wins / quick failures I've had, you'll see why I think this highly of Atomic.
I have used Mural for many years, but simply failed at onboarding any collaborators due to its high price.
All the people I tried to invite to Mural left for Realtime Board. On RTB there is no friction to add an occasional friend or teammate into a project. The psychology of price and team increase is not well thought. I just generates frustrations.
- ProofHub’s online proofing software helps teams save a lot of time during the review and feedback sharing process. Online proofing system in ProofHub allows managers, clients and decision makers to share feedback in a concise and hassle-free manner with the help of markup tools, and threaded comments on the files that need to be reviewed.
