Not exactly what you're looking for, but I think you'd find this useful as well.
When working with really large CSV's, I pull them into TextWrangler first to do any editing. It's the only app I've found that can handle huge CSV's easily.
After I edit the file in TextWrangler, I then generally use something like Numbers or Excel.
