Hello. I help connect people with instructors. People fill out a Typeform-form and then I go hunt for the right instructor and figure out the right time and place. This leads me to having a loooot of mails back and forth. Very confusing and time consuming. What software can help me organize and optimize this process?
- If by finding instructors, you mean hiring them, you could always use an ATS (applicant tracking system) like Recruitee to keep them all in one place! You can also place them in different parts of the hiring process and facilitate communication with them (even automatically) with an in-platform email. - I'm not entirely sure if Streak would solve *all* of your problems, but it's what I immediately thought of when I read your question. I would suggest using Streak to organize the email conversations and keep track of which client is at which part of the process, and then something like Calendly to schedule appointments with less back and forth. (You could also use the free aspects of both Streak & MixMax, using Streak to stay organized and using MixMax to create email templates and schedule emails - that would probably cut down on your workload a lot.) You can set it up so that when a Typeform questionnaire is submitted, something else happens automatically (for example, a new card is created on a Trello board that you use to track client conversations/your intake funnel).
