    • It's the best software for customer support that I have ever used. Also, I like its integration with TMetric, it allows me to track how much time was spent on the overall activity in Freshdesk.

    • My teams been using this for over a month and they love it. It's increased visibility on production and helped us get a handle on customer satisfaction per ticket.

We tried help race earlier to manage support and FAQ for our app. We later moved on to Webengage for support/feedback and our own static FAQ accordions.

Helprace offers a dynamic FAQ system that allows your users to build a FAQ site organically. The way it works is that the most engaging and upvoted topics will rise to the top, increasing the visibility of each topic. Of course, you can customize everything (including default sorting) to your liking.
