In our agency we are using Asana to manage the tasks and projects for 18 people, 30 clients, plus internal responsibilites like Marketing, Business Development, HR etc. with Asana and even with these complex dependencies and responsibilities, Asana handles the job incredibly well.
The app has it's short comings with a lack of native apps and a proper offline mode, but in general, I can highly recommend it.
