What is the best tool to manage your freelance business?

I'm a designer who just went full-time on freelance (I'm registering my own firm/company as we speak). What is the best tool I can use for project management, proposals, contracts, invoices? Thanks!

Upwork (previously oDesk) is great. I used it for design and startup marketing. The best part is its reporting system - you can peek into lifetime billings, earnings by client, weekly timesheet. This helps one to figure out what is working and what is not plus what needs more attention. I also used Elance and Fiverr.
