- It's dead simple, pretty, & works on every device. Oh and also its completely free. Just load the site and you're instantly in your list. All the other list apps are just over-engineered and I feel like miss the point.

Hope it won't be overloaded with features (except for critical ones, like moving tasks between lists)
The best todo list app out there, really nice UI! It is very flexible - it can be used as a vertical Kanban, weekly planner, simple todo list, bullet journal or even for note taking! It can even be used for collaboration with a built in chat. TRY IT 😻
- This is the closest match to Wunderlist that I've found so far. Perhaps a bit over-engineered for my taste and uses a subscription model, but the free version has all the key Wunderlist features: simple task lists, shared lists which update live, mac/web/phone apps. Not bad.I actually made this same switch, from Wunderlist to Todoist, several months ago and I couldn't imagine going back even if Wunderlist still was around! It's more intuitive, plain and simple. Has advanced features like labels, priority, and filters if you want them, but those fade to the background if you just want simple tasks. Try Todoist!I moved from Wunderlist to Todoist over a year ago and I'm completely in love with it. One of my favourite things about it is how easy it is to schedule things - you can write stuff like "Call my grandma the last weekday of every month" or "Read a book every Friday from 12th May" and it'll create a recurring task for then.
We were looking for a tool to replace Asana, and after initially testing Todoist, became certain it could be the tool for us. But sharing projects is a PITA. There's no easy way to let your team have access to all newly created projects. Also, the projects structure isn't shared, so sharing a new subproject causes havoc in the teammate's projects structure, and the teammate needs to manually configure the projects structure according to it's intended layout.
The Todoist app is ruthlessly efficient in helping me capture my tasks no matter when or where I am. Bring collaborators into a project, or a task is a snap. When I'm creating a recurring task, and hopefully a positive habit, or when I am reflecting on my productivity, Todoist works.

- I've found this to be the most natural switch from Wunderlist. In all honesty I wish I would have found it sooner.I couldn't be happier switching to TickTick from Todoist, and Wunderlist before that. By far the most feature rich to do manager without feeling bloated. Excited in the direction it's going! Don't hesitate to get it!

- I just started using Microsoft's To-Do upon the announcement of Wunderlist's being shut down and I'm shocked at how much I love it! It's got the same core things I loved about Wunderlist— it's clean, simple, and deals exclusively in checklists. It's the exact replacement I was looking for!The app was made by the Wunderlist team, and it will allow you to import your lists from Wunderlist.
This will eventually replace Wunderlist, however a year in, the improvements are just not there for me to have hope. It's AI baked daily recommendations could be nice, but again it needs to allow for more types of task listing.
I have been using this app for about a year now and it has been quite effective in helping me manage my time. Although some other apps have a better user interface but this product is more comfortable to use, once you get use to it

Brilliant for managing all your project backlogs in a Kanban fashion. Including a list for the DIY tasks around the house.
As a Marketer I use this daily to manage workflow, sort ideas around future content and prioritize my activities. My team collaborate and report using handy integrations with Google and we use it as a Customer service and Sales script repository to store links to docs and how-to videos.
If you aren't an organized person Trello allows for easy to see visuals that help keep projects on track. The team at Curexe has specifically used it to organize our bugs, new features, staging and production stages of our development.
- I've tried almost every to-do app, including Wunderlist, which was wonderful when it just came out, and I've settled on Google Keep, because it just works, it's simple and beautiful, you can easily share your to-do lists (or notes, images, urls, etc.), and it syncs your reminders with Google Calendar.I second that! It works for everything bookmarking and its Chrome extension comes in pretty handy.
There is no alternative for Google Keep which is very dissapointing in terms of app having bunch of minor and one major bug which makes it useless. Any note taking app could make "sticky notes" view and I would switch happily from Keep which is forgotten and abandoned by its developers
- Hadn't really used this tool until 6 months ago, I really used Wunderlist a lot, office and home, so when I had to learn Asana at first I was not very happy. The easy interface both on web and Android app made me love it, you can login with your Google account and that way have two apps, work and home, separated one from each other. You can create multiple teams, projects and tasks, each one shared with different people if you want and you can even attach images or documents to your tasks so things get done faster. I would strongly recommend this app to anyone who is trying to substitute Wunderlist, it's a shame Microsoft decided to kill it.
I recommend Asana to everyone who is trying to get a more organized life.
It's good to everything, it's free (until 15 members) and you can choose from 2 different styles: list or board. You can create unlimited projects, you can share tasks between projects with a click, there are chat boxes in every task, it's user friendly and their help forum is ultra helpful even if you never payed a penny to them.
I can't live without Asana. Just the most amazing thing ever.
I've used a few project management tools in the past and Asana is the only one that makes me genuinely happy and more productive (at work and with my side hustles).
I can't recommend this tool enough for its ease of use, features and user experience. As a cherry on top, Asana's vision to help teams collaborate and do their best work is one that I can personally identify with!

Using Zenkit for a few months now and can't see myself going back to my old tool. The team has done a phenominal job of building an application that addresses the need of power users, light users, and everything in between.

- A bit overkill compared to Wunderlist, but once I got my workflow set up it works very well.I was reluctant at first because it looks overwhelming with a lot of options, but I decided to give it a serious try and it is excellent! of course it requires a greater learning curve than other programs, but it's worth the "pain"

- We use Dropbox Paper for individual to-do lists, team to-do lists, and to discuss to-do items if required very easily. Perfect to use for personal stuff and share with a partner/friends who can easily edit things if you want them to, as well as in a work situation. Also great if your to-do list needs to evolve to have more info, images, videos, etc.It is a nice tool and easy to use. Reminds me sometimes at Pages with the easy layout features that you can use with drag and drop. If you already have Dropbox integrated into your workflow, why not. But in some way, dropbox is more a FileHoster and so they might not pay too much attention to all the features or maybe even not add many new. And sometimes it is important to think about the future, because you don't want everybody move on to another platform just because the same like on Wishlist happened! :)
Use Paper to manage technical stuff and my team, and love it. Just the right number of features, document crosslinking and image embedding fits my needs exactly, and works for quick notes or longer documents.
Its a great tool for starters, For teams I do not recommend. there are lots of apps that do the same, even google docs is more intelligible when collaborating and working with. But we already have OneNote, Evernote, Word Online, with lots of features way ahead Paper.

- Helder Lucas made this productYou can give winio a try. It's crazy simple to start working on it. You have projects and inside of it attachments, tasks and discussions. It doesn't have a ton of features that you wont use anyway. It just do its thing.
