What's a good tool for creating and viewing 'swipe files'?

Keeping a swipe file (templates) is a common practice used by advertising copywriters and creative directors as a ready reference of ideas for projects. Not something like Pinterest, Evernote, etc. but something that allows you to categorize and add snippets of text, screenshots, email copy, images, video etc. and displays it in a searchable and helpful way.

    The new NoteLedge

I think NoteLedge by Kdan Mobile might be a good solution for you - I've used it for creating something similar to swipe files for my creative writing class, and this app was actually prety useful for quickly jotting down notes, creating individual folders and I also used the sketching tools for brain-storming. I used this app on both my phone and my iPad, and all the notes were synced right away so I wasn't tied to one device. Overall, this is a good app for a variety of things - both note-taking, creating collages and to-do lists.

I use it on my laptop to organize and then open on iPad to really read long stuff. Love how fast it syncs back and forth on kdan cloud

I organize my playlists- class videos go in, notes go right next to the video. It's hard to get ahead these days, but when I show my classmates my NoteLedge game, they shook
