What's the best app to use to send outreach emails in bulk?

One of the questions I'm asked most at my company https://growthlist.co/ is how people can email all companies we curate in our reports in bulk, without experiencing any deliverability issues. Any ideas on products or apps that can help?

  1. I'm putting Mailchimp here, just because they are an email provider. But the truth is that you can't do this (which is why people have deliverability issues). This is what I'd tell your customers. Legally - you cannot bulk/campaign email people who have not given you permission to email them. More details here: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/.... Email providers guard the reputation of their domains/ip addresses very carefully. Which is why emails of this type get shut down so quickly.

+1 for Sendgrid. Great/Well documented API. They also have deliverability/reputation reporting and scoring. They have a good knowledge base with step-by-step resources. Segmentation, contact management and analytics are a part.

HubSpot's email tool lets you send emails to your entire HubSpot contact database or just a very defined, limited section of contacts such as a list of contacts who filled out a specific form on your site.

I've been using HubSpot CRM since it was in Beta and it's really matured into a powerful CRM. I do pay for the Sales Pro tools which unlock a lot of power. There are some limitations however that make it a bad fit, you can read more about those in this review - https://www.techsmartboss.com/blog/top-things-you-should-know-about-the-limitations-of-hubspot-crm-with-workarounds/

I applied for the program through Start-Up Chile accelerator for my startup.

It is a bad product, it lacks of quality, features and it is expensive. That is ok, you have the choice to deliver bad quality as I have the choice to find other solution.

But I can not cancel hubspot account, now we are attached to a 12month contract per agent without any advert. I'm watching how they take my money every month even when I am not using it, and i begging them to cancel my account, they refuse.

Keep away from hubspot for startups, this is more a SCAM than a support program.
