What are the best products to give as thank you gifts to speakers?

I'm looking for the best gifts to give to speakers of a tech conference as thank you. Price range of a few hundred dollars. Bonus points for things that are unique and/or can be personalized.

I would not get the speaker a gift, but their spouse or children a gift. Send them a gift stating "Thank you for allowing your wife/husband/mother/father to be attend our conference". Everyone gets the speakers gifts, separate yourself and send something to their family. That way their family are excited for them to come back next year.
