    There's a reason most every site uses Intercom. It's easy to implement and dead simple to use. The biggest issue we have with it is that there is no real ticketing system but, we use other tools to solve for that.

    I use Botsify Bot for my facebook business page and one thing that I must mention is the auto inbox to comments feature where my chatbot captures certain keywords in comments that I set up to respond automatically and save myself the time and energy to reply to these comments over and over again.
    Out of all chatbot platforms in the market, none provides the human fall back feature, (not even Chatfuel) except for Botsify. I mean the chatbot does get queries out of the blue sometimes and gets stuck so I would wanna jump in the conversation and get through with it and this feature lets me do that!
