What is the best highlighting app for web use?

Hi, Guys. I would like to get some advice on an app (or Google extension) that can highlight and save text from the internet. I have tried LINE and Highlight...and it is alright..... but maybe some of you have a better suggestion? Ideally, working on both an iPhone, Mac and Google....I like the idea of sorting your highlights into folders or being able to send them to Evernote. Let me know what you think... Steffen

I've been using this app called NoteLedge for a while now for highlighting and annotating web-articles, PDFs and school texts. I'm able to do several highly useful things with this app - take notes, sketch/draw, manage multi-media, add notes to my calendar, create voice notes and brainstorm. The application was pretty easy to learn, the featured tools are actually useful and I enjoy working with it

It's the best app for my iPad at school. I love recording my class and streaming notes with my classmates.

I've found it valuable for making presentations. It's so easy to cut and paste, markup a little and present right away, with videos or other stuff added in. Powerpoint is definitely not this easy

Liner is pretty cool. Works on both iPhone and Chrome. Let me know your thoughts.

The concept behind highlighting is that you likely want a note attached to what you've highlighted (an annotation), or, you likely want to return to discover the content that was highlighted at a later point in time. https://hypothes.is/ provides these features and much more /// @hypothes_is
