If you're in charge of growth at a startup, what tools would you use for your top 3 priorities?

I'm trying to get a better sense of what the different strategies would be and what tools or resources growthhackers would use to attract their first 1K visitors to the site.

Because, once you start your marketing efforts for a Startup, chances are when people get exposed to a new business or a product in the market, they have queries related to it, and you need to resolve their queries asap.
