I recommend using Docsify, it's a great tool and have got one of the best customer support.

Really cool product to score leads: who is more interested in emails I sent. It is much easier to select leads among 100s of recepients, whom I should call first: obviously, those people who engage more with my presentations and docs.
Docsify is a must-have email marketing tools for those who close deals.

I've been using HubSpot CRM since it was in Beta and it's really matured into a powerful CRM. I do pay for the Sales Pro tools which unlock a lot of power. I applied for the program through Start-Up Chile accelerator for my startup.
It is a bad product, it lacks of quality, features and it is expensive. That is ok, you have the choice to deliver bad quality as I have the choice to find other solution.
But I can not cancel hubspot account, now we are attached to a 12month contract per agent without any advert. I'm watching how they take my money every month even when I am not using it, and i begging them to cancel my account, they refuse.
Keep away from hubspot for startups, this is more a SCAM than a support program.
I'm shocked this product doesn't have more reviews. Have to offset the one negative review with a positive.
I've been using Mailtrack for a year now. Prior to that I tested many different online tools to track email from Gmail and none worked well enough for. HubSpot's SideKick worked wonderfully, but then became more complex as they integrated it into their CRM.
For me, I want simplicity. I want to know when my emails were read. That way it saves me the guess work of the email being delivered and read.
I highly recommend using Mailtrack and purchasing the Pro version! It's worth the minimal cost.
Sadly I have to admin that most of the times it doesn't work well and returns "Sent without Mailtrack" instead. This happens both for me and my colleagues.
I've been using Close.io in my agency/freelance business for over a year and it's focus on completing activities—making the next call, sending a follow up email, checking off the next task, delivering a contract—has been great for helping focus. A little more premium priced than other options on the market, but the ROI and positive side effects way more than make up for the price.
