Nothing's going to beat having a developer who is familiar with you, and your business. Ideal is you have a contracting relationship with someone who has experience with your codebase (has dev environment setup & knows how to deploy your code).
Next best option I'd recommend is using something like Hack Hands or Airpair. I'd recommend jumping on a call with a developer, showing them the problem and then working through it together.
