A CRM can be very confusing. I believe it is important to have basics figured out. It is seamless to work with. I am a customer since 8 months now. No complaints. The team is supportive and helps you out. It has all the features I need: 1 - Basic Contacts & Account Management 2 - Opportunities 3 - Emailing 4 - Mobile Version 5 - Reminders 6 - Tasks 7 - Analysis and Insights 8 - Key Integrations Why is this the easiest? It took me max 10 minutes to figure out how it works. Hope this helps.

Hubspot is the easiest CRM out there in the market. Personally used it for my startup and would highly recommend you to use it.

Hey Sahil! I might be a little biased here, but if you're looking for a CRM that is extremely easy to use I'd suggest looking at Freshsales CRM. Freshsales has everything you're looking for right-out-of-the-box, an extremely easy to use UI and comes with a no strings attached 30-day trial, I'd suggest giving Freshsales a spin.
