Envoy Visitor Registration simplifes front desk sign-in. Collect contact information, capture visitor photos and have them sign legal documents—all on the iPad.

Envoy might work well for this. I think they are marketed more towards large offices. But may work well for a salon/spa as well. Their solution runs on an iPad, takes pictures and is SUPER SLICK.

Just kidding! That's not how things are done in Envoy (phew!). At Envoy, one of our core values is: Automate the mundane As such, we actually built software for making stamp images. Even though it might just seem like an image you show on your phone, we spent a lot of time and effort to make sure it looks perfect.
