Flow

Beautiful team chat with tightly integrated task management

James Welch- CEO @ innovationcompany.co.uk
I recently tried over eighty (yes,80+) project/task managers suitable for small businesses, and this one became the chosen app we now use (team of 7). It was a close thing between Flow and ProofHub, but the timeline view of Flow was the thing that swung us to using it. It could have been either piece of software, but Flow just won. Good things: Repeating ta… See more

I like the task model of Flow, but I don't use the chat side.

The new beta of Flow is an even better work management solution than original flavor. A deep attention to the affordance that make it a one stop tool.

Todoist is a leader in this area for a good reason, in addition to the above, it has a Karma program to keep you motivated. And, it offers daily reminders, the number of tasks you want each day, and team integration. Could not work without it.

Love Todoist - perfect if you want something that just gets out of your way. There's bells and whistles, but hidden under the hood very well.

CheckLister

Simple, collaborative checklists. Not powered by AI

CheckLister is a simple app dedicated to quickly creating checklists and sharing them if needs be.

I wanted to build something where I could send a checklist to someone and they could use it without needing to create an account somewhere, or have some app already installed.

It's very much an MVP right now. Please tell me how to improve it.

Mick- Founder of SongBox.Rocks
Disclaimer - this is my product. But it was designed with your exact use case in mind. You need to have an account (free) but the person you're sharing the list with does not need to have an account. Simples.
Mick- Founder of SongBox.Rocks
This is a work in progress but it’s very minimalistic and has the added benefit of being able to share lists. The recipient doesn’t need to have an account in order to collaborate on a shared list. And it’s totally 100% free.
