Taskr is a free and simple task manager app for macOS that helps you create simple routines and tasks for your day. I started Taskr because I couldn't keep with a to-do app for more than a week. I tried a lot of to-do apps, in the beginning is all beautiful, but eventually I started using the app less and less.

I couldn't get anything done without Zenkit. We use it to track pretty much everything at work, from development to sales and marketing. I use it privately too to track my training schedule and various to-dos.

I use it in the office to track my tasks and keep the overview. For private stuff, I use Zenkit together with GTD and it works for me. Zenkit got mobile apps as well. I use it for android to have my GTD board with me all the time. Especially if I want to use the shopping list I made the day before.

Zenkit is a great option if you just want to use what you need. In the beginning, it might be a bit of work to set up your structure but it's worth it. Next to the Web App, there are Mobile and Desktop Apps as well which you can sync with each other. I would recommend using the table/spreadsheet view to include all of your information. For a while now, Trello has been my project management tool of choice. For those who haven't used it, Trello lets you break down tasks and projects into manageable deliverables, which are then organized and prioritized on a Kanban Board.

Trello may have met its master. With Zenkit, you can seamlessly move between To-Do list, calendar, and Trello's signature Kanban board. Every team member can work with the view they like best.

Regardless which productivity system or method you prefer, Zenkit is an all-in-one webapp that can help you manage your big projects and activities using the system that works for you. It's free (for now, it's in beta), but it looks good-minimal and distraction-free, but powerful under the hood.

While I use this in conjunction with Trello (currently via Zapier, native Trello integration coming soon), used alone it is still vastly superior to any traditional task list I used previously, as scheduling tasks into my day has vastly improved my success rate with accomplishing the things I add to my list. Highly, highly recommended!
