Todo Tab

A simple todo list on new tab

Todo tab hijacks your browser new tab and replace the default page with a todo list. And when ever I open a new tab the todo list will appear and it always reminds me about the tasks to do. A psychological move to make you responsibilities. To support this we introduced a new feature called activity colouring.

Streaks

The to-do list that helps you form good habits.

Ben Tossell- Partner, The Upstarters
Similar to Habit List - but I prefer this interface. It also helps you concentrate on a smaller number of tasks to get done
Leslie Poston- Making: buoyup.org
Again, this helps with habit stacking. It encourages me to get up on time, work out, read, meditate, etc.

Streaks is the first app that comes to mind. It's a simple app to use and it allows customization for what kind of goals you want to achieve. Just set a goal, tap the goal to record it and you're done.
Quentin Zervaas- Bagel eater @ Crunchy Bagel
Hey all - I'm the maker of Streaks. I'll be here for a while if you have any questions or comments about the app! This is the first app I've built using Swift, and also the first using HealthKit. I built the app because there's a number of things I need to do every day, such as ensuring I turn off my leaky tap properly (I build apps, I'm not a plumber ;) )

Taskful

A smart to-do list that divides up your tasks for the day

Taskful is a smart to-do list and task manager app that helps you stay on track and meet your deadlines. It breaks down all of your tasks and only shows you what you need to do today, so you can stay focused and motivated.

Michael Hirsch- Founder, Big Bold Co.
Taskful is fun and easy to use all while being very smart and complex. It breaks up your tasks to only show you what you need to do today so you can focus on completing them. For example, if you wanted to finish a book of 20 chapters in a week you would type in "Read 20 chapters of book" and tell it when you want to complete it and the days of the week you w… See more

You can track your steps, reps in the gym, glasses of water, etc.. It's a great app for keeping healthy!

Not all tasks are created equal. No doubt you either have taken the trash out or you have not, but there is a vast number of daily challenges that are conquered in increments, tasks that can be taken on for an hour, then sidelined at their half way point and ultimately capped off in the afternoon.

Wunderlist was my go-to to-do app for a long time. But it really depends on what you're going to use it for. If it's for a small company, this is a great app. Just for yourself: I would recommend the standard Reminders application by Apple (if you're on iOS/macOS etc by all means).
Simon Bromberg- Technical Lead @DashMD , sbromberg.com
Todoist is great, but charges for basic features that Wunderlist includes for free.
Chad Fowler- GM, Wunderlist; Venture Partner BlueYard
Hello everyone! I'm CTO for Wunderlist. Let us know if you have any questions. We're especially excited about the real time sync in this new release.

Accidentally found out about the shutdown of Wunderlist which was announced already half a year ago. Why didn't you inform all current users by mail? Obviously, the shutdown Wunderlist is a big mistake, it will make users consider alternatives and as you know MS To-Do is not even getting close to Wunderlist.
TechCrunch
Microsoft acquired the popular mobile to do list application Wunderlist back in 2015, and now it's preparing users for its eventual demise with the release of its new application "To-Do," announced today. The new app was built by the team behind Wunderlist, and will bring in the favorite elements of that app in the months ahead, Microsoft says.
The Verge
Microsoft's purchase of Wunderlist creator 6Wunderkinder is official. Today the company published a blog post confirming the deal, which The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday. "The addition of Wunderlist to the Microsoft product portfolio fits squarely with our ambition to reinvent productivity for a mobile-first, cloud-first world," Microsoft's Eran Me… See more
