I use Vsco Cam for my images, there a bunch of great layout options editing styles you can create even with the free version. You can also journal publish your images and see what the image is doing to get inspiration :)

Probably it's the best option. It has a lot of functions - from brightness/contrast to fragment correction. You can also combine several pics into one. As for color correction, there's still nothing better than VSCO app:) But it depends on what you want to get, there're many more options
