I meditate every day (usually 10 minutes in the morning). Helps me clear my mind before my day gets crazy. Calm is a fantastic app to use to get started. I love the guided meditation sessions they offer as well as the sounds and scenes. Additionally, it syncs with HealthKit so you can export your date to services such as Gyroscope.

I used it once and it was a neat way to meditate using an app, but for some reason it just ends up on the forgotten page of screen crawl. Don't know if it's just me, but can apps replace the real thing of mediating while listening to a real life instructor?
