Some of the top apps (www.instabug.com/customers) are already using Instabug to squash bugs and speed up their product development process. We talk to many mobile teams who are up in arms over app delivery challenges: how to identify bugs/issues, how to communicate with users in-app, how to handle real-time support. These are both data collection and workflow problems - and to most, they're entirely perplexing. And urgent.

I came across Instabug when I was in Cairo in 2013. Little did I know that this plucky startup, born in the Arab Spring, would eventually make it through Y Combinator's Winter 2016 class. Peek by UserTesting

Get a free, 5-minute video of someone using your site

Great for quick reactions to something and Free!

This can be good and bad, but I generally run a few tests on Peek combined with usability and heat maps on Hotjar to get the complete picture. Would love to see what other people use.
