Levelsmap

Discover tech product makers ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ and solopreneurs near you ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ

Hey Hunters! I made this new thing called Levelsmap. I created it because I was deeply inspired by @levelsio when I saw him talk at a nomad conference in 2015. If I can help my fellow product hunters and more product makers like myself connect with each other, so much the better. Hope that helps!!

Curbed NY
People sure do love maps about New York City, particularly ones that confirm their long-held stereotypes about neighborhoods around the city. (Remember the one that purports to ID the types of people found at Manhattan subway stops? Or Joe Larson's Judgmental Maps? Yeah, it's been a thing for a while now.)

I think the big advantage of a traditional forum is that the knowledge does not get lost. With slack and discord you have to answer the same questions many times. If you take care about your forums you get a nice knowledge base.

I dont know - but I'm guessing.. I'm considering using it as a solid community forum. Slack is also cool. Seems quite different to Discourse though. And there is also Discord. Another Slack type chat. None seem as thorough as Discourse, which seems a bit more traditional.
