Earlier today I began prototyping with a new tool - Kite Compositor - and I've been lucky enough to get to know it's massive range of features. What I've discovered is that Kite Compositor integrates very nicely with Sketch.

For several years I have used After Effect for animating my designs. I think almost everyone knows how cool is this app for animation but not for prototyping. If you use Sketch, you have some issues while preparing your work for animation.

This is pretty much what I use. I find I'd recommend it to any designer who wants to quickly create designs. It's also not bloated like sketch and is lightning fast.

I love Figma because of the real-time collaboration and excellent thinking behind the product. Vector Networks (https://medium.com/figma-design/...) was one of the first features that attracted me. They are challenging the norms of design apps and rethinking how you can work more efficiently.

I'm just working on my first project in Figma, moving over from Sketch. There are things I love, things I miss, and things that are the same but operate under a different philosophy. All in all, I'd say Figma is at 80-90% feature-parity with Sketch (excluding plugins, which is one of the things I miss), and the speed at which they are adding features is sta… See more
