It doesn't meet all your requirements, but consider the Google Photos app on mobile. If you enable the assistant, the AI can create albums and videos for you from the photos you've taken on a trip. You can also create albums and share them with the world or particular people.

Though Google positions it as a backup solution, Photos is a pretty solid photo management app for Android even if you don't use the backup option.

Google Photos would be my best bet. Auto-sync and back-up for all photos whenever a network is available. You can create an album and get everyone to contribute to it. While it isn't the perfect solution, it works.
