It's really great, But they slam you on the price having to buy it for Desktop, Ipad, and Iphone. ( Almost $100) across the same eco-system. Plus no discount for having the 5-year-old version. Makes you wonder why Apple, Google, and MS can't build a good one. Google should just buy in and bang it into G suite.

For those who like to stay organized, there are plenty of free apps out there that will get the job done. But while those apps - including Apple's own native apps, like Calendar, Notes, and Reminders - are adequate, shelling out for a third-party app is often worth it.

Few apps have made a more valiant effort to rescue us from indolence than Things, the to-do list app for Mac and iOS from German software developer Cultured Code. When it debuted as one of the original iPhone apps in 2008, Things was notable for its strong compatibility with Getting Things Done , the popular productivity system.

In addition to a leak late last month, the Gmail on the web revamp confirmed the existence of Google Tasks. Today, Google's new and unified to-do solution is available for Android with heavy "Material Design 2" stylings. Google Tasks is a straightforward app with the company emphasizing its cross-platform and cross-service capabilities.

Google has finally admitted that a proper suite of office productivity apps needs to include Tasks. Alongside the launch of the new Gmail, the company is announcing integration with Google Tasks. I'm a bit biased, I know, but Zenkit is useful for pretty much everything, including design inspiration. It's not the easiest to snip things from the web (although that's coming soon), however once it's in Zenkit you can tag, sort, and view images really easily. You can even create a mind map to help cluster your inspiration better :)

Trello may have met its master. With Zenkit, you can seamlessly move between To-Do list, calendar, and Trello's signature Kanban board. Every team member can work with the view they like best.

Not all tasks are created equal. No doubt you either have taken the trash out or you have not, but there is a vast number of daily challenges that are conquered in increments, tasks that can be taken on for an hour, then sidelined at their half way point and ultimately capped off in the afternoon.
