Very easy to use TODO list, but has some powerful features under the hood.

It's really great, But they slam you on the price having to buy it for Desktop, Ipad, and Iphone. ( Almost $100) across the same eco-system. Plus no discount for having the 5-year-old version. Makes you wonder why Apple, Google, and MS can't build a good one. Google should just buy in and bang it into G suite.

For those who like to stay organized, there are plenty of free apps out there that will get the job done. But while those apps - including Apple's own native apps, like Calendar, Notes, and Reminders - are adequate, shelling out for a third-party app is often worth it.

Few apps have made a more valiant effort to rescue us from indolence than Things, the to-do list app for Mac and iOS from German software developer Cultured Code. When it debuted as one of the original iPhone apps in 2008, Things was notable for its strong compatibility with Getting Things Done , the popular productivity system.

I use this every single day. I love seeing the reports of what sites I've been browsing and my productivity score. I like using after 9-5 workday as well just to see what I do with my free time.

Also, you can connect it to Gyroscope (also on this list), so that you have the Rescuetime data inside Gyroscope.

I use this implicitly a lot. It's usefulness has multiplied since it became an integration for Gyroscope (which is another recommendation in this list).
