It's really great, But they slam you on the price having to buy it for Desktop, Ipad, and Iphone. ( Almost $100) across the same eco-system. Plus no discount for having the 5-year-old version. Makes you wonder why Apple, Google, and MS can't build a good one. Google should just buy in and bang it into G suite.

I switched from Clear to Things this year. It's an extremely well designed app that oozes beauty, but also treads a very careful line between simplicity and advanced functionality. So far, it does everything I need, and just enough more that I will not hit any restraints for the foreseeable future. The calendar integration is hugely helpful for being the one… See more

For those who like to stay organized, there are plenty of free apps out there that will get the job done. But while those apps - including Apple's own native apps, like Calendar, Notes, and Reminders - are adequate, shelling out for a third-party app is often worth it.

Few apps have made a more valiant effort to rescue us from indolence than Things, the to-do list app for Mac and iOS from German software developer Cultured Code. When it debuted as one of the original iPhone apps in 2008, Things was notable for its strong compatibility with Getting Things Done , the popular productivity system.

To be totally honest, I don't think there's a TON of difference between Pomodoro timers (they're all timers all operating off of the same theory) but this one is my favorite of all that I've come across because it lives in my Mac menu bar and is so simple and pretty. Checks all my boxes— efficient, effective, convenient and designed well!

Stay focused and crush procrastination

We all know and hate the guilty feeling we get when we procrastinate. With Time 2, that feeling is a thing of the past. To use the app, you add a task like "Tweak Sketch mockups, 30 minutes.” & a brightly colored timer counts down as you work. This timer helps you feel a slight twinge of pressure so you get your work done.

If you like the feeling of completing a task, Time 2 gives you that feeling on steroids! Additionally, it's really great for: 1) organizing your whole week, 2) staying focused on your work as you're doing it, and 3) tracking your daily effectiveness. And all in one clean design! It's basically a distraction killer in your pocket.

Simple, quick, intuitive, keeps your world in a list, and lists are the way to go. The other apps "listed" here are great for multiple productivity tasks, but at the end of the day, what you need is just an easy to make and delete list. Master lists and master your life.

I love lists, and this is as easy and handy as it gets. better than a sticky note and a pen, for hopefully obvious reasons. I've tried all sorts of note-taking and time management apps, but they weren't simple and quick enough when I needed to jot something down, and then quickly manage the list. easy to add, easy to mark as important, easy to delete, easy t… See more

Web studios with large-scale projects will find this situation painfully familiar: Everyone's working overtime, but efficiency is far from ideal. This is exactly where Fragment found itself in 2017. People were swamped, but billable hours, it seemed, were disappearing like water in the sand, eating away at our profits.

Keep track of the things you've done.

Hi, I'm Andre, a 14 years old maker from Jakarta.

I've always asked one thing to myself every night, what have I done today?

I could only remember 4-6 things that I've done, but I know that there's more that I've done that day.

Since there isn't one simple tool to do it, I decided to created my own, in less than 2 days.

Anyway, Bye 👋!
