Two weeks ago we have launched OneBar on Product Hunt. Right after midnight we started receiving upvotes and then, oh yeah, sign-ups! Things were going smoothly and we were all excited until... we noticed that a few sign-up did not go through and we had half-completed accounts in our system.
One day I was experimenting with an Open Stack component. I spent several days going through the docs and trying to configure hardware. Half way through I discovered that someone else from the other team has already done it and I could have just asked him.
