Note taking gets even simpler

Frederik Waller- Product @ N26
I've been using Evernote for a long time and am a big fan. It syncs easily between iOS and macOS.

Whats not to love? Evernote works in a browser, has a desktop app available, support for most mobile platforms (with dedicated apps). It'll do OCR (if you're on the pro plan), supports tagging, allows you to create notebooks of notes (with a table of contents) and allows you to share notes publicly or privately. 6,000+ notes later, I'm taking full advantage … See more

Agreed that the UI sucks and seems to be getting worse and I can't stand the new 'feature' on iOS where you have to keep switching between your personal and business account. This is fairly new and I haven't used it much but their own website says it's a combo of Pocket & Evernote. However I don't know why you wouldn't just use Evernote - it's the top in the market for a reason ;)

Notational

Notes at the speed of thought

Brandon Anzaldi- Software Engineer @ ToTheTens
Notational and Notational Velocity, two separate apps, but same core concept, are the most enjoyable note taking apps I've used. Notational Velocity is OS X only, but Notational is a web app. The organization is top notch, and it's distraction free.
