@thebrandonwu, have you read Blitzscaling by Reid Hoffman? It's a bran new one and if you're interested in learning more about growth, I think this may be a proper read for you.
@thebrandonwu, if interested, this may be a good place to learn more about the book itself: https://medium.com/s/story/7-cou...
@lubo Thanks Lyubomir! It's on my To Read. I have been listening to his Podcast, definitely a lot to learn from. Have you read Blitzscaling? Is it much different from the podcast?

@thebrandonwu, I actually have not yet. Definitely will but since my "to-read" list is quite long and I have more important readings to go after at the moment, I'm not sure if I'll be able to read it by the end of the year. Hopefully, I'll manage to do that as well. 😅 But yes, his approach and way of thinking are a bit contradictive and provoking so will definitely be read in due time.

@thebrandonwu This is a great book. I've read it twice. A good follow up book for this is probably Sean Ellis's Hacking Growth.
@cleavatron I did not know about Hacking Growth . Thanks for the recommendation! How is it different from Traction ?
@thebrandonwu Traction describes the 19 typical growth channels and a framework to assess which of them are more effective relative to the company's growth strategy. Hacking Growth goes into the art and science of executing growth strategy in an organization. It doesn't just cater to startups but to established businesses as well. It details the setting up growth teams and testing for PMF prior to doing growth hacking. It then dives into interesting playbook-like topics to growth hack the pirate funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention and Revenue). A lot of case studies are presented on the tried and tested methods from well known startups and companies. I think that's my most favorite thing about the book.
