@sammyshabib That'd be really interesting! Myself haven't done major launches. Did small side project to get a sense of what launching product is all about.

@whizzzoe Yes, it has been. So far I've spoken with about 5-10... and they've given me some really cool insight.

@whizzzoe There IS 1 piece of advice that each of them made sure to include, and I really think it's important. This: "Even a successful 'Launch day' is still just a small part of the big picture... don't get lost on it."

@whizzzoe That's important, because that's really about your mindset going into it and what you expect to gain from the experience.. you know? If you expect your "launch" to make or break your entire business.... you'll undoubtedly: 1) Focus more on promotion than production, and 2) Spend the entire day watching the upvote count instead of listening and digesting the REAL feedback you're getting from the innovators on PH. Just 2 cents from what I've gathered so far :) as far as "launch-hacks" and stuff like that, there's seriously 100's of articles all over... not too concerned with all of that though. This (in the comments here) is the most valuable stuff I've taken away from ppl so far. Hope that's at least mildly helpful and/or motivating for you (or anyone else that ends up reading this)!!

@sammyshabib I love the insightful points you've gathered so far! That's a great way to learn. I agree as product builders, we have to keep in mind that "launch day" is just the beginning, a lot of grinds have to continue like optimize products, users flow, UX/UI, building user base, customer retention, etc. Just wonder if you write / publish your thoughts on any blogs? Would love to follow and continue to learn from your project journey ;)

@whizzzoe I never got back to you on this... I'm sorry! You know what, I don't yet... but people have been asking me to for a while. So I am going to gather up some of the knowledge that I've gathered from people over the last 2 years together and publish them on Medium. Thanks for the last little comment I needed to stop putting it off :)
