@rahulmfg If it's a possibility, finding a good strength training coach would be ideal, at the very least to teach proper technique for barbell lifts (squat, deadlift, bench). Otherwise I highly recommend pull-ups - they may take a while but are one of the best exercises. I started out 2012 only being able to do 1, but kept at it and added 1 to my max each month until the end of the year I could do 12 (strict). Basically consistency + 'compound lifts' (pull-ups, bench press, squat, deadlift) will take you a long way :)
