@pierre_vannier what are your needs for hiring up to 10 engineers? Also, how you will decide who's right for the job?

@souhailmerroun I have several clients with specific needs in terms of both soft/hard skills. I've been hiring engineers for years so my method is the following: 1/ First interview with a HR person to prequalify the candidate 2/ Second interview with me where we dig deeper into the candidate's experiences 3/ If necessary, technical assessment (which is not mandatory based on any particular techno but it can) 4/ Last Interview with me where I test the personality, the values, the psychology of the candidate 5/ Present it to the client 6/ if the candidate is the right one, hire the candidate and make the on-boarding process

@pierre_vannier nice, thanks for the tips. What do you think, from your experiences, is the one quality a candidate need to have, that without it, you can't possibly accept him?

@souhailmerroun When someone is not humble. That's an immediate no go as it is (to me personally) a must-have soft-skill. I would say that, more generally speaking, I am more likely to eliminate candidates with the wrong set of soft skillset. The basic skillsets such as : - Humility - Adaptability - Good will - Empathy - Ability to listen - Ability to help people (good team player) etc... Those skillset can be widen with what my clients ask for.

@iamsooraj Interesting product. I do not use anything at the moment. I think of having the whole google stuff linked together with zapier. - Creating a contact - Sending email / credentials, new account via email - Create corporate email - Ask for relevant information for the goodies (Size of shirt for the hoodie) - Send information for our corporate slack and create guidelines etc... - Send our corporate information (guidelines, rules of conduct etc...) - Schedule anniversary date in the HR partner / Partner calendar - Schedule a bunch of follow up meetings (mostly HR) Lots of process that I will automate to gain some time
