You're very welcome @mrcalexandre! Do you have a specific amount of weeks in mind or you just want to try to keep it it going as long as possible?
@guillaumebardet I just want to keep it going as long as possible, while adding other exercices, and increasing exercise times along the way. Maybe one day I will add another session, we will see 😁 In the past, i found it hard to create a workout habit so I am happy to have created it now 😊 Do you exercise? And if yes, what are you doing?
@mrcalexandre That's cool Alex, wishing you the best with this goal and keeping this habit! Yes and no to be honest. I really haven't had a good routine with workouts these past few months. That's actually my problem, I tend to not keep the workout habit for very long. I found the 2 workouts a week like you are doing to be the best for me as well when it comes to a habit I want to keep. I really need to make one and stick to it. 😳
@guillaumebardet Thanks! πŸ™ Yes 2 workouts routine works really well IMO because we are able to workout more than one time a week but it's not too much time so it's easier to implement in our everyday lives. Good luck on working out again, I support you on this goal πŸ’ͺ I was in the same position not long time ago πŸ˜‰
