@mrcalexandre Awesome job! Out of curiosity, are you following a particular plan or are you creating a plan yourself?
@jakecrump Thanks 😊 My brother, who is not a trainer by any means just someone who practise sports a lot, created a plan for me that I have been following and updating since the beginning. Here is my plan right now : I added this week Pull ups and increased set duration for each exercise. Warm-up : high stepping - heel shin and 2 others exercises I don't know how to translate in English πŸ˜… 1st part: Pushups - Dips - Pull-ups - Squats - lungs 2nd part: 2 abs exercises and then to finish plank I do the warmup, 1st and 2nd parts 2 times each. And then I finish with some stretching.
@mrcalexandre Do you use an app to track your workouts?
@joshdance To track my workouts I use Gyroscope where I track everything I do. And for my goals I use Coach.me for now.
