[Health] Stop coding until 4am and get proper sleep

@lorikarikari ah, love this. I used to do this a lot because I'd feel more "inspired" at night but what I discovered is that I was doing it just because it was a quieter time. Disconnecting from my phone and getting more quality hours in during the day helped with that (I still go on the sporadic night coding spree, but not regularly :))
@fanahova yeah, I am already quite disconnected from my phone. But now my SO has 3 weeks off so it's a lot less quiet during the day and I can code better when he is asleep 🤭
