@hroland_ I have been on a low-carb diet for a few months now (less than 25g/day.) If you're doing this, don't forget to take electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium) and drink a lot of water. The first week will not be easy, but as soon as your body is adapted to your new diet, you'll feel better. Good luck!

@hroland_ GL! Apps like MyFitnessPal are pretty useful for helping you track how many grams of carbs you're consuming if you're too short on time to do it yourself.

@ayrton Well, I started about a week ago, Im slowly starting to get used to it 🤷‍♂️
@ayrton @hroland_ Low-carb feels so good, but can make me really tired. I found that making sure I get electrolytes really helped. (Someone mentioned that above, but just wanted to reiterate that it makes a BIG difference.) Good luck!!
