This review is written on Dec 14th, 2020. The machine dint work right outside the box. Gets stuck at initializing screen when try to connect to wifi. There is NO MOBILE APP on IOS & ANDROID phone. They make you tester & you need to download test flight app (red flag). Since the machine cant connect to wifi the tester app wont work as well.There is no telephone or chat support.
